Job Description
As a Scrum Master you will oversee the development process and you will be liable for smooth and continuous delivery across multiple teams. Working closely with Product Owners, Developers and QAs to understand the user requirements, quality control user stories, help prioritise and coordinate development and report progress will also be part of your responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Scrum activities in the team like sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and product demos with the focus on improving team efficiency
- Document team decisions, create meeting minutes and follow up on agreements
- Encourage collaboration between the team and the other participants like Product Owners, QAs
- Keep clients informed and engaged during the process and offer advice and support
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master
- Experience as a Project Manager is an advantage
- Able to manage multiple teams/projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Leadership experience and SCRUM training and/or certificate
- Fluent in English and Hungarian as well
